Our Story
It all began with a vision from Dan Coultas, who has set out to help emerging players evolve by expressing their skills and truly enjoying the game of hockey. His passion was to inspire the next generation of hockey players, encouraging them to thrive both on and off the field. Dan's goal is for his players to become part of a vibrant community that values growth, exploration, and the relentless pursuit of excellence.
Our Philosophy
We believe field hockey is about embracing diversity, celebrating various playing styles, and exploring new ideas. We encourage players to express their unique flair on the ball and develop their own style. Our camps and academies are designed to inspire creativity, foster technical excellence, and build confidence in young athletes.

The variety of approaches around the world enriches the sport, and we believe in harnessing these differences to help players grow. Optimal Hockey Coaching embodies evolution, constantly learning, adapting, and moving forward. We provide a platform for players to express themselves, learn from one another, and advance their skills.
